Born and raised in LA, David Ouaknine founded Basement in 2017 with a mission to help clients achieve their goals. Be it fitness, weight loss or injury prevention, every day is driven with a passion to get clients on path of living a healthy and fulfilled lifestyle.
With over a decade of experience, our trainer specializes in creating fully customized programs for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, tailored to each client's goals and lifestyle.
Ryan oversees daily operations, sales systems, and client experience, ensuring every part of the business runs efficiently and delivers consistent results. With a strong background in both training and high-ticket sales, he focuses on scaling the brand while maintaining a high-performance standard for both clients and coaches.
Oleksandra specializes in building strength, flexibility, and control through precise, low-impact training tailored to each client. With a focus on core stability and proper movement, they help clients improve posture, prevent injury, and feel stronger in everyday life.
Andrew specializes in strength training and cardio, designing efficient programs that build muscle, improve endurance, and deliver real results. His approach blends intensity with smart progression, helping clients push their limits while staying consistent and injury-free.
Yali, our founding trainer, has been with Basement Fitness since day one and brings a well-rounded expertise across strength training, conditioning, mobility, and overall performance. Known for a versatile and results-driven approach, Yali adapts to each client’s needs, delivering consistent progress no matter the goal.
